Caroline does a fantastic job trying to get a bunch of old codgers as fit as they can manage, we a great laugh and as a result we look forward to Friday mornings and the calories expended allow as to have coffee and cake afterwards
I have been doing weekly sessions for 2 months now and cannot thank her enough for pushing me and giving me the confidence to get back into weight training. She really cares about form which is evident as ive not had any issues whilst training with her. I look forward to the zumba classes and getting more sessions in with here ASAP
Cas is an absolute babe, she knows exactly what she's talking about, she really cares about form and ensuring your doing each exercise correctly as to not damage your body. I've been going 6 days a week for a couple of months now, and I feel stronger and fitter then ever! Plus, with her energy, she perks your day right up! Would highly recommend ^_^
I've been seeing Caroline for around 4 months now and cannot thank her enough for improving my confidence.
I'm on the larger side and used to feel so self conscious exercising but Caroline completely puts me at ease and even makes the workouts fun... A sentence I never thought I'd write!
Even when I'm struggling, Caroline is always there to encourage me and makes sure every personal training ends with a smile!
I genuinely look forward to my workouts with her and would recommend her to anyone looking for a fun, enthusiastic and absolutely lovely personal trainer!
5 stars is not enough to give for a review! I've been seeing Caroline for a few months now and honestly the compassion, advice and training I have had is OUTSTANDING. Caroline PTs my friend and I and we both different fitness levels, however Caroline is always amazing and makes sure our workouts are suited to our level - with a great WA if pushing myself to get the best! I have joint hypermobility which means I can struggle with form etc, Caroline is always attentive and incredible with the advice. I've improved so much and I now have tricep muscle definition ðŸ˜ðŸ˜ðŸ˜. Honestly, I cannot recommend or thank Caroline enough. Caroline is an absolute angel. Thank you!
I have been working out with Cas now for about 4 years, started with Zumba and it was awesome!! I love it. Strong by Zumba was the next class I tried and even though its hard its very rewarding.
I have been trained in personal sessions now for over a year and cas supports and motivates you to achieve your weight loss goals.
I found it really hard to get my focus back after having an operation and cas helped me with this massively, she had me lifting weights, increasing my cardio and ever since then Im really excited about the changes I see in my shape.
I lift heavier, I can support myself like Ive never been able to do before, I notice parts of my body showing tone and shape, also on the odd occasion it has been mentioned so people notice your hard work. I highly recommend cas for all people considering any classes or personal training.
Cas has such a warm-hearted and fun personality that I was hooked from the first lessons; both Zumba and strong by Zumba. Her sessions have an extraordinarily friendly atmosphere, and it's really clear that everyone enjoys themselves; not just me. Sometimes you forget you're even burning calories at all! (and you will burn tonnes, because her classes are tough!). I will definitely be using Cas for some PT in the very near future, because despite being a lovely person she's also very strict and tough, and I know she'll push me to my limits.
Maddjestic fitness was perfect for what I needed. Caroline helped me get to my goal for my wedding. She made me feel relaxed and comfortable and we always have a laugh during our sessions. Would definitely recommend.
I only had five personal training sessions with Cas but had so much fun. Casâ€™ enthusiasm is infectious and I looked forward to every session. She really listened to my aims and goals and even in a short space of time I started to feel stronger and prepared for my race. Thanks Cas had such fun and also really enjoyed the strong by Zumba lesson!
I met Cas at Zumba talking with her after one day she mentioned she did personal training. I have never been that big but wanted to be more toned and defined. I have been with her for four months and I can see the difference (almost a 6pac coming through) I love the way she can work all the muscle and makes it fun. I would highly recommend to anybody wanting to shed a few lbs and get a bit more toned.
I have been seeing Caz for just over 3 months now and started at 127kg really big or as I like to call it my fighting weight, I am now down to 115.9 kg with obvious muscle growth. I was a bit apprehensive at first but am really enjoying it and look forward to weigh day to see how much more I have lost. I feel stronger and have noticeably more energy. Highly recommend.
Cas has an amazing way of working you hard but with a smile on her face, instilling confidence that she knows what she's doing and you're in good hands. I was sceptical about having a PT however I'm really enjoying it and that's down to Cas's approach, I would highly recommend her. I've lost inches around my waist, hips and bust and I'm able to lift heavier weights, do press ups and now have a much stronger core.
In the four months that I have been trained by Caroline, my fitness and confidence has soared, and I have dropped at least one dress size. She always keeps me motivated with new goals and new routines, no session is the same as another, and it makes exercise fun again. Highly recommended.
I have been training with Caroline for 5 weeks now and Iâ€™m really impressed with the sessions so far. Caroline takes time to get to know her clients and tailors each session to each individual. Although sheâ€™s pushes you she makes it fun. Go and give her sessions a go
Having taken some of Cas’s Zumba and Strong by Zumba classes for a number of years I know she is fun to work out with, but cardio aside I wanted help to start lifting heavier weights, but was always scared to do this at home alone incase of injury. Cas understands how to do this but still achieve a feminine figure.
In a few short weeks, I’ve gone from using 1kg dumbbells at home to dead lifting 55kg, something I hadn't thought was possible for little me…
Cas knows just how to motivate me to keep going when I don't think I can. She brings bags full of encouragement and positivity to my PT sessions, so much so that I look forward to our weekly sessions and they can’t come around quickly enough.
I would highly recommend Cas to help you achieve your goals too :o)

I have been seeing Cas as a Personal Trainer for 7 weeks now and i am amazed at the level of fitness i have progressed to already. She is so encouraging when you feel at that point you can do no more but she always manages to push me on to achieve my goals. She is so passionate about her job and it rubs off on me when I train with her. I am an older lady so she's got her work cut out for her but I've every confidence she will help me to get there. If you are looking for a trainer that is fun, a friend and motivator look no further.

Firstly lets celebrate - in the year since I've been coming to PT I have now lost a total of 22" with 5" of that from round my waist and 8.1/2" from round my hips/tummy, add to that a weight loss of 17kg and a dress size improvement from a 16 to a 10 and I'm now at the weight target I set myself.
So this is where the next stage of hard work begins - continue to tone up the 'flabby bits' and work to strengthen myself and improve my fitness levels.
You are an inspiration on this journey with me leading by example as you push yourself everyday to reach the next goal so hey its onwards and upwards......

Well Cas what a journey you've taken me on so far....
Since I started on your PT program in less than a year I've lost 16.1/2" ( 4" from my waist, 6.1/2" from round my hips/tummy, an inch from each arm and 2" from each thigh) and 11kg (almost 2 stone in old money lol) .
If you combine that with the results since joining Zumba almost 2 years ago I have lost 23kg (50 pounds) and gone from size 20 to size 12.
You have made me a whole new person - in fact you've removed an average 6 year old child that was the extra weight I was carrying hahaha.
It isn't easy but you have so much faith in me that I can't doubt myself and each week I surprise myself with what we achieve together.

Caroline helped me lose weight and get in shape for my wedding.
Her knowledge of and ability to identify areas of improvement were excellent and I found out things, such as posture, that I would never have noticed. Caroline is very good at seeing where you are strong and other areas where, perhaps you're a bit weaker and then focusing excercises around them.
I always finished each session feeling tired but exhilarated and looking forward to the next one.
She works you hard, so be ready for a tough workout and you can feel proud of the progress that you will make, not can make, WILL MAKE, knowing that your in good hands.
CM is a caring and passionate training who tailors the training to your personal needs. She injects so much enthusiasm Into her work that it's infectious! She goes out of her way to ensure you are happy with the programme and that it's working for you. I have never met a more committed person and highly recommend her.
